The Spam Filtering System that you use may be blocking our address. Please follow the instructions below:

Open a Command-Line Session

  • Based on your platform, please select one of the following:
    • Windows: click Start, type cmd in the search bar at the bottom of the pop-up, and press ENTER.\
    • Linux/UNIX: press CTRL+ALT+F1 to change to a tty.
    • Mac: open Spotlight, type Terminal, and press Enter.
  • Type “nslookup” and then the delivery server address. For example: nslookup smtp.opisnet.com.The output should present the address of the host to be verified. Example: 198.6.95.35

Instructions for Specific Spam Filtering System

  • McAfee
    • Use the nslookup command with the octets of the IP address reversed and add cidr.bl.mcafee.com to the end of the command: Example: nslookup 35.95.6.198.cidr.bl.mcafee.com
    • If the reply is NXDOMAIN, the host is not listed in the McAfee RBL. If the reply is in the format 127.0.0.XXX, the host is listed in the McAfee RBL.
