If you are currently using an older version of Internet Explorer, we recommend using Firefox to access the Spot Ticker. You can download the latest version here. We have found it is currently the safest browser to use and the only browser that would display the new ticker in Windows XP.
Continuing to use versions of IE below IE10 will result in no data displayed on the new ticker. In addition, per Microsoft, any IE version prior to IE11 doesn’t have security updates, meaning they have security flaws and any information on the ticker, including logins, could be jeopardized.
If you are able to log in and view your products under subscriber access successfully, and you’re still seeing a blank page and unable to view the Spot Ticker’s home page, you may have disabled Javascript. You can follow these step-by-step instructions to enable Javascript in Internet Explorer.
If you continue to experience problem and see the blank page, please try to do a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5) of the page.
