Oil Price Information Service (OPIS) is an information provider. As such, we rely on e-mail to deliver a large percentage of our products. We work diligently to ensure that our systems are able to initiate delivery; however, we have no control over the receiving systems or the network and security infrastructure in-between.
With that in mind, OPIS will make a reasonable effort to work with the respective technology vendor to solve delivery issues. Where this fails, it is the responsibility of the customer to work with their internal IT department or technology vendors to allow delivery. OPIS logs transmission of all electronic deliveries, and considers initial transmission of these deliveries as fulfillment of the service.
