+-Why can't I log in?

Our mobile apps are free to download but require an active OPIS subscription to access. If you don’t have an OPIS subscription, please contact us at energycs@opisnet.com or 1.888.301.2645.

+-Why does the app keep kicking me off?

Please note that you can only be logged in to one device at a time. Your current session will be closed if you log in from another phone or computer.

+-Why is my username not being recognized by the system?

In our continuous efforts to improve data security, OPIS now requires all subscribers to use a valid email address to log in and access their OPIS web services. Please use the email address associated to your account as your username.

+-Why can’t I access my Real Time Rack or Spot Ticker even though I know that my username and password are correct? (For Mac and iPhone Users)

Our products are not optimized for Safari at this time – please download Chrome (app) or another browser to access OPIS web services.
